Society members receive entry forms for all exhibitions.

Three framed and 2 unframed pictures may be submitted. It is a requirement that all exhibitors must do two turns of duty as stewards. A blank Stewards Rota is put up at the society rooms in the Pantiles 2 weeks before handing in day.

The submission fees are £2.00 per framed exhibit and £1.00 per unframed item. The Society receives 20% of the price of works sold.
